OUR WORK

What we do

RISE helps people with challenging pasts restart their lives through scaffolding apprenticeships. Our programme provides:

  • Fully funded training

  • Tools and PPE

  • Travel and subsistence support

  • On-the-job placements

  • 1:1 mentoring

  • Wraparound wellbeing and housing support

Who we help

We work with individuals who have:

  • Been through the criminal justice system

  • Faced addiction or mental health challenges

  • Experienced long-term unemployment

  • Lost direction but want to change

OUR APPROACH

Collaboration is at the heart of the RISE project. We are always open to working with partner organisations keen to achieve similar goals. We collaborate with:

  • Probation services

  • Youth offending teams

  • Rehabilitation charities like St Giles Trust and The Forward Trust

  • CITB and accredited training providers

  • Scaffolding employers across the UK

We follow a very simple, four-step programme.

  • APPLY

Via a partner organisation or directly.

  • ASSESS

Strengths-based interviews match candidates to the right path.

  • TRAIN

Hands-on training leads to industry qualifications.

  • RISE

Move into paid apprenticeships with real career prospects.
